Click here to listen to my review of Rovee 1.0, an impressive vocal manipulation plug from G200KG software. which happens to be free.

The Rovee's concise interface uses just three simple controls

As you’ll gather I’m a fan, so I suggest you head over to G200KG and grab yourself a copy.

Sounds mighty fine! When can we expect any new stuff from the Ultraviolence camp? It has been far too many years!

Hi Jon – good to here from you. I have a couple of new tracks in the bag using vocal samples, the next couple I’ll be recording “proper” vocals then when a have a good few I’ll decide what to do with them. I’ll be DJing occasionally starting from Nov and I’ll see what sort of response they get then. Cheers J

Hello, it is my understanding that rovee just run in pc, I was wondering if is possible, by any way, to use rovee in Mac?

I know this sounds obvious but how what preferred audio interface can I use RoVee in?

    • Johnny Violent says:

Rovee needs to run in software that takes VSTs – I use Steinberg’s Cubase. It will work with any PC soundcard, even the built in one. I use RME HDSP 9532 as it very stable and sounds superb for the money. Its a PCI soundcard but RME make all sorts to suit your system. Hope this helps…please let me know if you’d like to know more.
